Good Telephone support

I was on and off the phone with Paul. One of the technicians there i believe. I had some serious trouble with my Outlook and couldn't get everything to work properly. I also was stranded without a car so i wasn't able to bring my PC in. Paul helped me and explained to me what to do and try over the phone. This required several calls to be fixed to perfection. Paul was very patient during this long process and eventually we got it up and running smoothly.
