Generic product at original cost.

I ordered an ORIGINAL Asus N53 battery from you, after payment i was informed that it will take 6 - 8 weeks for delivery due to stock, 3 days later i receive a delivery of a GENERIC n53 battery, which is not what i ordered. Mark indicated to me that there is no price difference. I contacted another company supplying batteries, i then purchased another generic battery for R1300 CHEAPER. Your battery was collected from me on 31 July, i have still not received my refund from you in 17 days. Pathetic service.
