Freddie fixed my notebook

I have been dealing with Fred since my notebook was given in to be repaired. It's a very old laptop and has a lot of problems. So far Fred has sorted out all the hardware problems without much cost. He is currently working on the software side and as soon as that is all sorted out he will install a few more programs for me that i would need.
