<p>Spoke to Cindy who advised me to bring in my laptop to be checked by a technician. Jason checked and informed me that my laptop's mother/mainboard has blown due to use of an universal charger. I bought a new laptop through Jason as it wasn't worth it to try to fix the old and I've learned never to use a universal charger again.</p>
