Cracked tablet screen

This Lovely young guy, Gerhard was very helpful when i popped in to find out if they will be able to fix a tablet which my son accidentally dropped kicked. He told me they will send it away to their other technicians and keep me updated. He in deed did that and all his effort resulted in me getting back a fully functional tablet.
