Can't even supply a mouse, don't know how they supply laptops...

Tried to buy a mouse from LaptopSA.co.za - part of TNC. Paid with their "immediate" payment option, called NOW, Online! (should be called NEVER, online!) on the 9th of December 2020.

Got notified on the 14th of December 2020 that the "transaction was reversed" from my side. Logged on to check my transaction history and bank statements, the money was paid to them on the 11th of December 2020 already. "They still can't see it on their side..."

So now I need to get the bank involved to cancel the transaction because their systems don't work. All at my expense, of course...

What a **** show and that just to buy a mouse... Imagine buying a R24K or more expensive laptop from them, which I am in the market for... No thank you...

NEVER again!
