Best follow up

<p>I had a notebook in to be fixed. Firstly very well job done by Fred but then after a week or so i received a follow up call from Susan, asking me how the service was and if i was happy. She wanted to find out if i needed anything else and whether my laptop was still working the way i expect it to. Now that kind of customer service you don't see everyday.</p>
