Avoid Juan and this company.

I booked my laptop with Juan for a new battery in October 2020. The battery worked for about a month and it could only last for about 5 minutes. The battery was given a 12 months warranty.In January 2021 I communicated with Juan the issues I'm encountering concerning the battery he sold to me. We agreed that I must book in the laptop for a replacement battery. That was done and a 12 months warranty was given to this battery. Now the battery is giving same old issues. I spoke to Juan again but this time I am told the 12 months warranty has lapsed for this second battery. How can a warranty for a January battery lapse in October. Please avoid these people as you will be **********.
