Amy, Mark and Matthew assisted me with my requirements. Amy with the quote and correspondence. Mark who ordered a battery for my laptop and Matthew and the technician, whose name I do not know, assisted me with a replacement screen for my laptop. I waited less than 10 minutes for the technician to replace my screen. Excellent service!!
