Always friendly & helpful

Cindy handled most of my calls to the notebook. She always answers so friendly and does everything she can to help. She has made sure every time i phoned that i receive the feedback i require and that my request was dealt with. Thanks to Cindy and all her effort i will definitely use and recommend the notebook.
