R3000 Deposit still not paid back

For the passed two months I have been trying to get My R3000 deposit back I was told I’d get it within 14 days which too is a long time.they don’t take my calls the when I went there the manager simply told me he does not have my money and that I should get lost am still confused by this please Help me !! *** cell number ***
