TERRIBLE SERVICE - WITHHOLDING PAID STOCK

We placed an order & paid (courier fees included) for hand sanitizer with Natasha ***) on 17th March 2020 - it was promised to be delivered a day or two later. Then lockdown happened 10 days later and still we did not have our order. Various messages and even telephone calls, she seems to come up with excuses all the time and does not reply. We are STILL waiting for our order and she does not respond to calls or messages - ignoring me all the time!!
