Complete disappointment

So disappointed- we arrived for our December holiday to a green pool, little to no activities for the kids, an unwillingness to assist with a severe food allergy despite phoning ahead and receiving assurance that my husbands needs could be catered for. My husband then had a celiac attack due to the allergen being present in his food. The owners not only were suddenly unavailable to chat to, they actually tried to insist we pay for the rest of our stay even though we had decided to check out before 09:00 am the morning after my husband took ill. New chef since our last visit and sadly he is not willing and/or unable to assist with special food requests. Accommodation is run down and shabby. Maintenance non existent.Owners need to have a serious rethink.
