Wasted money X 2

Paid money on 20th December and still received no stamps. According to owner my stamps were due to arrive on the 25th Jan. When you request a refund as per her website, she has many stories and just blames postnet. So I'm still sitting with no stamps and she won't refund me. She doesn't reply and avoids answering your calls
