Christmas lunch ruined

Christmas lunch was so disappointing. We had to pre- pay almost R500 a head for a set menu. Junior management were trying to put out major fires everywhere. When we had waited 3.5 hours we said we wanted to leave they rushed out with the most terrible looking lunch. It looked disgusting! All the guests were getting upset and having a special day ruined. The management prior to us arriving kept checking what time we would arrive for planning purposes.... planning not to serve us! Now they could not refund us and I have to wait for a reservation team to contact me... I am waiting! :(
