Beyond lame

The service is beyond frustrating. The waiters ignored us for 45 minutes and we tried waving and calling them over, to get their attention and no one acknowledge or even asked why we were calling them over. We watched as other customers were served. The waiter came to take our order as we were leaving and blamed their lame service on loadshedding. When we went to the front desk to ask for assistance she left the desk and ignored us when we tried to get her attention.
