R1911.65 Brooks shoes damages within one run

Bought Brooks running shoes on the 11 Sept 2015. I trained with them on and off alongside a trainer within the gym. We went outside the gym for the first time to jog and the shoes got damaged on the side on top. Both the shop (The Natural Runner - Dave) 061 - *** and the suppliers, Brooks SA (Clive Chowles - [Email Removed] say it is wear and tear. And that I scoffed the shoe with my heel. After The Natural Runner helped me buy the right running shoes for my purposes for R1911.65. Wear and tear happen after a few months of use, not after 5 weeks of inside training and ones outside. Also The Natural Runner is a specialized shop where they help you to buy the right shoes for your specific way of running and so on. Both the shop and Brooks SA is not willing to help me in any way. Been going back and forth with since 5 weeks after I bought the shoes.
