Unsolicited Emails and Potential *****

I received an unsolicited email from this company stated that: "As a valued premium client of The National Debt Review Center, you have exclusive access to the My Pocket Debt Counsellor App." And then it tells me to go download the app.

I do not have any affiliation with this company, I have never had any dealings with them and if I am a premium client of theirs then it is *****.

As someone who had a *****ulent debt review placed on my name several years ago I am exceptionally angry about receiving an email like this and I want answers.
