Pathetic service , regret paying for them to assist me with being removed off debt review.

I am so unhappy with the service received, as per their assessment we did not have to be on debt review as our affordability is good. We have paid all their fees but they have moved to 3 different attorney's since inception. We have had 3 different dates which did not even happen due to forms not filled in by the attorneys or the attorney's going to the wrong courts to apply for us to be removed. Yolanda the lady who helped with all our paper work and admin told myself and my husband it is not their problem yet they took our money happily every month since March for 3 months. Really pathetic service and like they mentioned it is not their problem because the attorneys they have hired to go to court for us is not doing their job. They do not even communicate unless you call them , their complaints department do not even get back to you. Unfortunately we have paid them already so we have to wait but I will not recommend their services to anyone especially if they tell you that can remove you from debt review.
