Horrible experience with NDRC

This is a **** company. Stay away from them!!!

I signed up with them in January 2021, they informed me that I can pay a agreed amount to my debtor which I proceeded to do. This week I received a notice from my debtor informing me that they never agreed to the amount suggested by NDRC and that my account has been in arrears for over 10 months!! According to them they only received a notice from NDRC in June that I was under going debt counseling!!

My case has not even seen the inside of a court yet!! Nobody at NDRC communicated this to me during the past 10 months.Apart from that it took me weeks just to get their staff to reply to me with regards to sending me truthful statements on what is happening with my account. After weeks my debtor finally assisted me because NDRC was proving to be absolutely useless.

When I asked NDRC to withdraw me from the program immediately as I don't want them handling my money anymore, they had all kinds of clever answers back and when I asked them to refund the arrears fees I now have on my account,BECAUSE OF THEM, surprise surprise, they disappeared. Not replying to my emails , completely quiet. These people are *******.

If I did not start asking questions I would probably still be in debt 20 yrs from now!!

DO NOT.. and I repeat.. DO NOT trust them with your money.

You are truly better of eating baked beans for a couple of years and rather just settling your debt yourself directly with your debtor.
