Clearance certificate😡😡😡😡

I am so unhappy with the service received this far. I went under debt review in 2021 using a different debt counsellor but transferred to NDRC and app**** to get myself removed off debt review because I realized the whole process is just a ****. NDRC transferred me even though a court order was granted meaning I could not be removed. I had to pay up all my debt first. I paid up all my debt and made contact with NDRC for a clearance certificate to be issued. I was told to request paid up letters from all my creditors and I was told I will be charged extra for the certificate. I paid up all my debt and requested all paid up letters from creditors but I am still struggling to get my named cleared by NDRC. No one keeps me on the loop every now and then, when I try to contact them all I am told is that they are waiting on the court order to be issued.
