False promises - Lying about parcel

Zero Rating. I am very unhappy as I have in the beginning of August ordered adult diapers for my mother with dementia. Paid more than I should have (website courier charges shows incorrect), taxi strike was excuse why courier couldn't pick up parcel to deliver, I requested refund, Raees promised it will be refunded to show in my bank Friday, it only showed on the following Tuesday AFTER I queried it. I gave them benefit of a doubt to deliver by 1 September, again I paid, Raees promised it will be delivered by Friday morning, only got waybill yesterday AFTER I queried it, Raees guaranteed me that courier did pick up the parcel as the tracking nr given still showed not picked up, I just called couriers as the tracking is still the same and they advised me that everyday the driver has been there and my parcel is not ready for pick-up. This company does not deliver fullstop and gives empty promises. I want a full refund with immediate release into my bank so that I can buy my mother's diapers, shame on you. I will never ever use this company again and will withdraw all the referrals that I have given to people and old age home not to use this company. I am very disappointed Raees you shouldn't lie. Wonder how long I am going to wait for this refund AGAIN!!! Once bitten Twice shy. Shame on you Raees.
