Bad Service

I bought nappies from this place and paid them for the nappies as well as the delivery of the nappies. The nappies was dispatched with Skynet courier on the 28th of November Skynet then dispatched it for delivery on the 1st of December however it is now the 7th of December and this parcel has still not been delivered and The Nappy Warehouse just keep telling me they sorting it out they sorting it out but nothing is happening. It would have been much easier for me to just send the items with POSTNET. I have also requested a refund for my money and was told no i must wait because they first want to try and sort it out with Skynet which at this rate could be 2024 and my sick mother will still be without the ordered nappies.
