Lashes gone wrong at The Nail Kitchen Menlyn Retail

I made an appointment at The Nail Kitchen at Menlyn Retail Park to do my lashes extensions for my engagement shoot. I asked the lady so nicely that please is it safe and will i be ok and do really to it nicely. As she finished i asked her if it is normal that my eyes are so teary and she rep**** YES. I left that evening to go to Sandton for my shoot the next day, but my eyes did not stop tearing up. After using a steam method with vaseline and baby oil still no lash was coming off. My day of the shoot was a disaster and i had to cancel, but at this point i can`t even see out of my eyes. After the 3rd Salon they said that they will try and remove it, but even the the****** asked what glue they had used because even she was battling. They had stuck the lash extension on my actual eye lids. As i am now asking for a refund from them (actually want them to cover my engagement shoot that i still had to pay) their response is just sorry but because i did not have them removed with them they have no evidence and i did send a photo of how i looked after having them removed. What a disgrace of an un-professional Company. Please do NOT SUPPORT THEM!!!
