Destroyed my nails

I had the absolute worst experience with this place and I'm still suffering because of my one visit. to start off I had to wait very long past my appointment time because they over booked their ladies and no one could do my nails. eventually I was called to be helped. I wanted my toe nails done with gelish. I needed to have my current gelish taken off, and instead of the lady soaking it off, she used the drill file to take it off ! She then painted my nails, did three layers but never let the polish dry properly. Before I could even pay, the gel started to crease and lift off, it wasn't dried properly. I showed the manager and she sent me back to the same lady for her to redo it. She did the same process over again. The next day, my nail polish is peeling off. As I wiped the nail I felt the polish still wet!!!! Leaving wet gel on nails like that will cause fungus without you even knowing, thank goodness I saw it. I contacted the manager and asked for my money back. Luckily they gave me my money back and I took the rest of the gelish off myself. I wasn't going to complain because I got my money back but now still 2 months down the line my toe nails are thin as paper and cracking and ripping because of how thin they filed my nail down using this drill.

I would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND this place. They are awful, really only go there if you want to get damaged nails !!!
