Poor customer service - outstanding delivery for more than a month

Still waiting for an order after more than 1 month since purchase date. I ordered 3 boxes and only received two of the three - have yet to received the other one (even after being told it is on it's way numerous times via email).No update from company, I have to keep following up myself. Very unimpressed with the customer service.
