ZA > NL - Highly recommend moving company

My wife and I moved from Bromhof in Randburg (South Africa) to Woerden in the Netherlands on 21 March 2021. At first we were sceptical of it all because Guy didn't have much of a footprint in the moving business. Other than five HelloPeter reviews (at the time) and one person on the "South Africans moving to the Netherlands" group recommending him, there was not very much I had to work with. Google Ad sense Guy! Need to improve that marketing of yours ;-). Anyway, Guy came over to us, had a look on how many things should be packed. He was the cheapest quote I found (per m3) and even with the insurance, he was still R7k cheaper than my other quotes. His team came on 6 March to wrap, package and load our content. I was firstly impressed on how fast they were and how well they cared for the content. During COVID everyone also respected to have their masks on and the moving team were very respectful. Guy didn't give us a tracking number though, but we were told which cargo ship our content was on. With that we were able to follow the ship via ship scanners on the internet. We followed it all the way up to Rotterdam harbour and not long after ot arrived, we received a notification from the delivery team that our content has arrived and is busy with customs. We received our items on 26 April. Everything arrived in one piece and nothing was damaged. Just to give you guys an indication, we brought over my grandmother's very fine shell China and that even were not damaged. One or two boxes were a bit squished, but it was either the boxes that had space left at the top or had clothing in them, so nothing was damaged. The guys over here in the Netherlands loaded everything into our house at a lightning speed rate, we just had to pack out, which we wanted to do anyway. In overall, my experience was great. No stress what so ever. I recommend Guy's service. He truely cares to help people.
