Worst attitude and rude!

I ordered used boxes from this company and was promised 15 Large and 30 Medium boxes. Elton delivered the boxes from the back of his car and had to rush off, so I had no time to check the boxes. Some boxes were broken and the old tape was still all over the boxes.

I then asked him for a quote for moving as I was not aware that they also did moving. The quote was unprofessional. Elton had a terrible attitude and asked for 50%upfront and the rest to be paid later. I EFT'd the 50%, was not happy with the boxes but EFT'd the rest the same day. He sent me a threatening whatsapp message, because apparently I did not pay quick enough for his liking.

This was the messages from this "Operations manager" :

"Well be sending our driver and a couple of "loaders" monday to collect the outstanding R255. his names Nathi...he wont leave untill paid.

My reply: " Thanks for clarifying but your obvious mistrust of people has cost you a moving job - Have a great day!

His reply : Oh no what ever shall i do. Tears U think im going to do a R3000 move with someone who doesn't pay****e u joking?do and eft today to avoid a "visit"

My reply: I did the transfer last nigh and your boxes are not as promised in the first place - there were no large boxes at all!
