Poor management of a valid complaint

19-08-2021 approx. 9:37am. A driver for this business almost hit my vehicle while speeding and trying to squeeze into a gap that didn’t exist on Nic Diederichs Blvd. When I called the business to complain I was very rudely answered and the person on the call had the audacity to say that he gets cut off by taxis everyday and that was the justification for their driver doing so before hanging up the call! Completely disgusting! How you run a business with that kind of attitude! Poor poor poor management of a valid complaint! Clearly a valid reflection of the business as a whole.
