Unfair Business Practice
I purchased a vehicle and sent through all the requested documentation and signed the offer to purchase, finance was approved and the deal was on the verge of being finalized, Art who is the owner\sales person was involved in all the mails with his finance team and was well aware of the feal being finalized. Later in the day i received an email saying that the vehicle was sold, this is not good business practice and i would be very wary when doing such business.

Considering that an actual “purchase” did not take place and at no point did my team and I provide bad service or leave Bashkar, the poster of the above, in a less favorable position in any way whatsoever.
Yes an Offer To Purchase may have been signed but let’s get real; we cannot actually enforce it in any way and as such does not constitute, for example, a firm monetary commitment. Whilst the applicant was in lengthy negotiations with the banks an opportunity was left for other parties to express interest, make a commitment and conclude a transaction on said car.
Albeit I can naturally appreciate the posters disappointment for getting close and then missing out on this particular deal but it’s not personal, it’s just business and mine is about giving everyone equal opportunity… who chooses to seize it first is out of my control.
