Customer service way above 10/10

Bought my first car from Art 1 year ago and thought it would be good to review after that period of time. Fair to say that 10/10 doesn’t quite reflect the level of service that Art gives — exceptional in every way. From chatting, making appointment to view and test a car, purchasing and then looking for reliable mechanic for servicing … all has gone incredibly smooth.

Yes the cars he has are great. The pictures are fantastic and I found that they are not misleading in any way. Art will be quick to point out any issue that a car may have and makes the purchasing experience very very good. I have bought over 19 cars since coming to SA 18 years ago and Art is by far the most interesting, knowledgeable and enthusiastic person I have had to deal with. Makes buying through him a pleasure. And to add to that, he even proposed to buy back my ML a couple of weeks ago as I was looking at one of his latest arrivals. Would I buy again? Absolutely. Is buying complicated? No. Just make an appointment. Come in time. You like the car, put a deposit down otherwise it can go quickly. Then you can drive off with the car shortly after if you finance it as he can help you there. Am I getting paid for this review? Nope. I just like good people when I see one.
