A solid 10/10

It's been well over a year since I've purchased my vehicle from The Mother City Car Company and I still feel the need to say Thank you to Artiom. I absolutely love my super neat baby! Purchasing a vehicle similarly to purchasing a home, these are big steps and should be heart-warming moments. We never ever forget it, be it good or bad. The conpany/person can either make or break this experience for you. Thankfully for me I had such an amazing experience, all my questions were answered timeously, I was even given a time frame and Artiom's word that the vehicle will not be sold for a certain period untill I'm 100% sure. He got an offer during that time, he proved that his word and making another human being happy means more to him than just a sale or getting a car off the floor. In the times we find ourselves this is unheard of. The level of customer service was a solid 10/10, and trust me I can kick up a fuss!! I would recommend The Mother City Car Company anyday! Not only was the entire process a breeze, I've got the neatest R56 in town. I literally bought a used car in brand new condition, got all the extras the car came with, MINI pump in leather case, first aid kit, shopping nets at the back for the groceries, tyre repair kit and sealant liquid, service books, Full service history, spare key. The car had a slight scratch in the bumper, could hardly be noticed like 1cm. Artiom said he preferred showing me the car with this little scratch and then if I would like it can be polished and seen to at his own costs, which he did. Even after sales service is really for the books. A few months after purchasing my vehicle I contacted Artiom for advice and I got the exact same service I did when I purchased. Once again Thank you The Mother City Car Company! Quality vehicles in top condition.
