Poor services of The Mommy Shop

I ordered a Cadii in the beginning of March and they told me last week that they don't have stock and I should give them my back details. They haven't given me my money till today. Everyday they tell me about processing it. I'm so fed up because I lost R1000. They are very ***********. They don't even answer their calls.
