I ordered a 6L XL Aifryer on the 10th of January 2024 which was R665 + R65 courier fee which amounted to R730.00. On the 22 of January they sent me an email to say due to the circumstances beyond their control they won't be able to deliver my order as a result they were requesting my banking details for a refund. I then immediately send them my banking details.

I made a follow-up a week later and they said they have sent my order to the courier company and I requested the tracking number and they were still checking till today. That's when I realized they are A BIG ****!!!

I then went to their Facebook page to complain. Did they not come to my messenger and said am lying and the don't hv time for my acts. They are very rude
