The Mom Box takes money with no delivery

I bought a 6 month subscription to The Mom Box at the Baby Sense seminar in Cape Town last year (September 2014). My first box was delivered to me at the end of the following month (October, 2014) after many phone calls and queries into why I have not received my first delivery. The owner of the company brought my box to my home and apologised for the confusion, assuring me that it was all sorted and i should receive my next box as usual. Months went on and no further deliveries. They do not have any contact numbers on their website, so all I managed to do was Facebook message them but with no response.
