Unhappy customer

I requested a diagnostic test on my Chevrolet CRUZE 1.6 LS 2013 model I paid R 1548.00 for them to test why EPC warning lights are on and car not starting no work was done on the car because my car keys weren't available to open the car. This was communicated verbally and via email to the machanic Mlamuli Gwepu and Henry at Michanic (PTY) LTD. I was shocked to later receive e-mail saying that service was completed and that the car starts. I have called and e-mailed to complain about this issue from June 2023 and requested my money back as no work was done on my car. Mobile Mechanic based at 206 Bram Fischer Drive, Kensington B according to their website https://www.michanic.co.za/ has been taking me Pilar to post not responding to calls***)and their Whatsapp ***) including emails, I have been requesting for refund for service not rendered and getting no response This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I still want my money back please
