Partial Delivery, Damaged Furniture, and Outstanding Order Since December
I placed an order with The Mirror Studio (Pty) Ltd on 31 December 2025 for an Alena 5 Drawer Glass Top Glam Station with a Framed Hollywood Mirror. Only part of the order was delivered on 17 February 2026 (a week later than the promised delivery date of 12 February). The delivery included only the base station. The glass top and mirror were not delivered. Unfortunately, the delivered item also arrived with multiple damages. These damages were documented and shared with the company via email and WhatsApp. As of 10 March 2026, the remainder of the order is still outstanding. Since the partial delivery I have received several "updates" but no confirmed delivery date and no waybill for the remaining items. On 4 March 2026 I was informed that two replacement drawers would be sent to address the damages, however there has been no further communication or delivery confirmation regarding these replacements. I have requested written confirmation that the outstanding items and replacement drawers will be delivered by 13 March 2026. If this matter is not resolved by then, I will have no option but to cancel the outstanding portion of the order and pursue a refund in terms of the Consumer Protection Act. I would appreciate urgent resolution of this matter.
