A convenient service does not always work out .

This company grooms your dogs at your home. After a year or so of monthly visits, the groomers told me one of my dogs has ‘fits’. I confirmed with my vet this is not the case and informed the company owner. After a following visit my dog , a Yorkie , kept falling over and it cost me R3000 in vets fees to take tests. Nothing could be found and about a week later he came right. At the next visit I asked the groomers to be gentle, they said he only had ‘ one fit’ ( I was present and never saw anything like a fit). The dog cried when handled and slept for two days without eating, he was so traumatized. I have subsequently taken him to another groomer and he came back happy, relaxed and physically good. This is horrific for dog owners, beware!A
