Disgusted in this venue!!

I booked a weekend at the venue for my wedding guests for 11th June 2021. Paid R1500 deposit. Had to cancel the venue. Nowehere on any paperwork it was stated that deposits is non refundable. But the venue refuses to pay me back my money. Have been struggling now since 13th January 2021 to get the deposit back. I would have agreed to their terms and conditions but nothing was on any documentation whatsoever. I will not leave this here. I want my money back!
