Will not pay

I brought them a tenant for an industrial property managed by them, the terms were accepted and they agreed to pay commission. Once the deal was done and the tenant had moved in there were, constant promises and stalls about payment. To the extent that my attorney was even sent a payment remittance advice in November for a payment that has yet to be made.
