WORST SERVICE THE METER SHACK

Folks, I dont mon, I understand our situation in SA, but when you have young kids and come home to a cold home and the power is not working after loading R500 10 hours before is not a nice thing to do. I engaged their useless call agent. Made herself very important as the BOSS of the business and told me the R500 is not reflecting and then insinuated people do it always and then we give them the benefit and they never paid. OK thats her people. I send them POP and all I had was elec loaded, NO apology as she was doing me a favour after hours. RUN COMPLEXES RUN. ZEO STARS
