Worst service ever

My pre paid was low and i could not buy electricity anywhere because the are offline. The did not communicate with anyone. I repeatedly called and eventually got hold of the C. O. O Andre Reynders who told me I should keep an emergency slip at hand in cases like this. How rude, we live in a complex with over 50 units and they did not speak to anyone. We normally buy on the first of the month as it is cheaper then. I thought the Andre Reynders comments were rude and also did not appreciate the tone of his voice. Unhappy chappy
