The Meter Shack is THIEVE who has tales to tell

On the 28th of November my balance fell below zero according to their system message, I then deposit R300 and today I’m cut of with a negative balance of +- R1600 wow am I running a factory here in my two bed apartment. I usually use about 900 a month but this month in just 12 days in the heat and loadshedding I have managed to use almost double. This problem occurs at the Nile Complex

Can I get an explanation on how these can be true, we have complained numerous to the body corporate and I’m not the only unit that is having issues.
