Pathetic service from the meter shack

The service from these guys is ridiculous to say the least. You will pay money into their account from the same bank and it will take 5 days for it to reflect on your account dashboard. Try calling their call centre for support , you will be very lucky if there is anyone to even take your call. The cellphone number where the call gets directed to even gets switched off when you call for assistence. Imagine being over charged for such pathetic service... if you want peace of mind stay away from these people. They are clueless at what they do !!!
