NO GO! Today, after enduring an entire day without electricity due to Eskom issues, Meter Shack meters cut off power to multiple units upon restoration. Despite reaching out to support on WhatsApp, there has been no response, and I've heard technicians won't be available until tomorrow. This level of negligence and indifference towards customer needs raises serious concerns about your business's viability. Pathetic business practices!
