Metershack - *******!

Metershack, robbing people of loaded utilities on their pre-paid system for townhouse residential utilities. Have loaded R450 utilities to our account, the property in which the utilities have been loaded, is standing empty, everything is off, including DB board. They claim it is small random amounts billed through Ekurhuleni, but that can't tell us or say what it is for. Meter reading as of today 21.03.2023 is now R380, when as I mentioned, EVERYTHING has been off including DB board, as the property is not currently occupied AT ALL. However I do know that they are in no way affiliated to or have any form of relationship with Ekurhuleni!! Take these small amounts over a month, which relatively would work out to roughly R100 a month, and then take the number of units they service in our complex ALONE, x , and it is a fair amount of money for NOTHING!! After numerous unsuccessful, I might add, attempts to query this and have them investigate this, they still come back with the same ld tired excuse of sundry Ekurhuleni charges. NONSENSE!! They are robbing people of their hard-earned money by deducting very small almost undetectable amounts, in the hope that people will not notice this and query it with them! *******!!!!
