Meter Shack is a NO go!

I wish I could actually give 0 stars. We have had endless issues with Meter Shack. Constantly told they’re working on it or they’re helping us when they’re actually not. A constant back and forth from one person to the next. We got whacked with an outrageous bill which we have no idea how but as discussed with Meter Shack we would do a payment plan to pay off the large sum of money. We started paying them off and all of a sudden our electricity gets cut off. Not the first time might I add. Then the next story of “your payment plan isn’t loaded on the system”. Do they staff members even communicate with one another? Let me not even get started on their WhatsApp help line. If you want an easy meter reading system, DO NOT use the Meter Shack.
