Horrible service provider

I have been having endless issues with this service provider, I made a payment now which was an immediate payment but is is still no allocated, the past few months I have been paying over 2Kfor water, In December i was away for holidays but my bill went over k. The Pines we must try Iswitch coz wow I cannot deal with this meter reading, its never accurate, and there no call center, some issues need to speak to someone directly, I am paying more than I pay for my house here. I will have a chat with the body Coporate Meter shack must go.
