Meaning the previous tenant was not paying their utilities - like I HAVE, now they've cut off MY power & my child is in the middle of exams, going to bed on a cold meal as it's the middle of the month and I have no money, and taking cold showers every morning on the cusp of winter. To make matters worse, they are ignoring all of my calls and attempts to make contact, and have cut the main power to my unit off at their offices. Trash service provider.
