Wow, rarely do we receive service the likes of what i got from The Meter Man. They arrived to install a pre-paid electricity meter, arranged through our Body Corporate. I discovered POST installation that this would not alleviate our problem with City Power. I called and without hesitation I was told they would come and remove it, refund me. No hassles no attitude - it was NOT THEIR fult yet they were so polite and willing. Because they could only remove it the next day they also provided me with an electricity voucher to ensure I had electricity until it was disconnected. TOP CLASS SERVICE GUYS THANKS SO MUCH - we rarely see this kind of service and efficiency so you deserve the accolade. I WILL NOT HESITATE to contact you should I ever need your services in the future. It really and truly was a pleasure doing business with you. I pray your management gets to see this report. Your installation guys were also polite, helpful and their workmanship was excellent - clean and neat and no mess left over. You are ROLE MODELS for other companies. CONGRATULATIONS
